Shluchim post positions and applicants post resumes. Both sides can browse and filter listings, and when you see a potential fit, you reach out directly and continue the process off the platform.

No. There is no intermediary. You get direct contact info, so you can move at your own pace from the start.

Use filters to narrow by role type, category, and other details that matter for your Shlichus. You can also sort by newest posts.

Quick View lets you see the main highlights of a resume or job post without opening the full page, so you can scan faster.

Yes. You can save positions or resumes to review later by clicking the star button on the post. You can also use the archive symbol to let yourself know that you’ve reviewed this post already and it won’t work for you. These are not visible to the poster or to other people browsing the site. They appear for you when you scroll the site and within your dashboard under “Saved applicants” or “Saved Shlichus Positions.”

Applicants who upload a resume can view positions. Shluchim can view resumes once they have posted an active position.

We manually approve listings to prevent spam, but we do not vet or endorse individuals. Each side is responsible for screening off the platform.

Posts are deactivated after 3 months to keep listings current.

You will receive an email two weeks before it expires. You can renew, edit, or delete the post.

Clear and detailed descriptions get better results. The more specific you are, the better the match.
